MANILA HOTEL

In addition to the above special rates, one (1) complimentary room (breakfast not included) for every twenty (20) paid rooms per night. However, the complimentary guestrooms to be provided shall not exceed five (5) rooms regardless of the number of rooms reserved and paid.

Cancellation Policy
Room reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge provided the change or cancellation advise is made not later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. For cancellations made after said period, a cancellation fee of one night charge will be imposed.
Manila Hotel shall consider the reservation as cancelled/no-show if guest has not checked-in on the first day of the reservation by 1800 hours Manila time (6:00 PM) unless a later time of arrival has been previously indicated. For cancellations/No Show made on the date of the arrival, room charges for the whole duration of stay shall apply.
Changes of reservations have to be communicated to Manila Hotel in writing either by fax sent to (632) 527.9467 or (632) 527.9468 or via email to resvn@manila-hotel.com.ph. To avoid misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a confirmation number from the hotel’s staff. If a delegate has not received a confirmation within 24 hours after sending your fax or email, room/s reserved is subject to availability.
